HLA-DR is a heterodimeric cell surface glycoprotein comprised of a 36kD alpha (heavy) chain and a 27kD beta (light) chain. It is expressed on B cells, activated T cells, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells, and other non-professional APCs. In conjunction with the CD3/TCR complex and CD4 molecules, HLA-DR is critical for efficient peptide presentation to CD4+ T cells.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: 2ul or 5ul of antibody/test (million cells in 100ul staining volume or per 100ul of whole blood).|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark.
