Cathepsin D (CTSD) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Bovine) is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement ofCTSD in bovine serum, plasma and other biological fluids.||Detection Range:|2.47-200ng/ml||Sensitivity:|0.88ng/ml||Storage and Stability:|Desiccation recommended. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20°C upon receipt. Store all other reagents at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt of order.
