Non catalytic subunit of RNase H2, an endonuclease that specifically degrades the RNA of RNA:DNA hybrids. Participates in DNA replication, possibly by mediating the removal of lagging-strand Okazaki fragment RNA primers during DNA replication. Mediates the excision of single ribonucleotides from DNA:RNA duplexes.||Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000|Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200|Immunoprecipitation: 1:500-1:1000|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
