Osteoprotegerin (OPG, or osteoclastogenesis inhibitory factor) is a secretory glycoprotein belonging to TNF receptor superfamily. OPG consists of 401aa with molecular weight of 55kD as a monomer and 110kD as a disulfide-linked dimer.
