The 34-amino acid tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) motif is found in a variety of proteins and may mediate protein-protein or protein-membrane interactions. ||Species: Homo sapiens||Source: E. coli||Primary Sequence (aa): 356||Domain (aa): Full-length||Tag/Fusion Partner: T7 Tag||Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA as an Antigen, Ligand, or Assay Standard. Other applications not tested.||Quality Control: SDS-PAGEStorage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. ||Important note: This recombinant enzyme has NOT been tested with regard to biological activity.
