Source: |Recombinant corresponding to mouse Platelet Derived Growth Factor BB expressed in E. coli.||Molecular Weight: |~25kD ||Endotoxin: ~0.1ng/ug||Biological Activity:|ED50 range=1-5ng/ml, determined by the dose-dependent proliferation of BALB/c 3T3 cells. The optimal concentration for each specific application should be determined by an initial dose-response assay.||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 100mM acetic acid, 0.1% BSA, aliquot and store at ≤- 20°C.Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
