Human Neutrophil activating protein-2 (NAP-2) promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. ||Source:|Recombinant protein corresponding to 70aa residues from human NAP2, expressed in E. coli. ||Molecular Weight: |~7.6kD||Biological Activity:|Determined by its ability to chemoattract human neutrophils using a concentration range of 1.0-10ng/ml.||Endotoxin:|<0.1ng/ug||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
