Human MIG (monokine induced by interferon gamma) is produced by microphages and other cells. It is a member of the alpha chemokine family (C-X-C) of cytokines. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
