Source:|Recombinant protein corresponding to human M-CSF expressed in E. coli.||Activity: |The ED50 was determined by the dose dependent stimulation of the proliferation of murine. M-NSF-60 cells is ~1.0ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of ~1x10e6units/mg.||Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Endotoxin Level: <0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug)||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
