Human 4-1BB Ligand (4-1BBL) is a member of the emerging family of ligands with structural homology to tumor necrosis factor. ||Recombinant protein corresponding to 185aa residues from human 4-1BBL, comprising the TNF-like extra-cellular domain, expressed in E. coli. ||Biological Activity:|Determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of IL-8 production by human PBMC. The ED50 for the effect is <10ng/ml. Please note: results may vary with PBMC donors.||Endotoxin:|<0.1ng/ug||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
