Human IP-10 is a protein produced by several cell types during the delayed type hypersensitivity response. IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant towards monocytes, lymphocytes, and certain T cells.||Source:|Recombinant protein corresponding to human IP-10, expressed in E. coli. ||Molecular Weight: |~8.5kD||Biological Activity:|Determined by its ability to chemoattract human T-Lymphocytes using a concentration range of 10-50ng/ml.||Endotoxin:|<0.1ng/ug||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
