Human Interferon-inducible T cells alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC) is a novel non-ELR CXC chemokine. This human I-TAC is a protein, containing 73aa residues including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CXC chemokines.||Source:|Recombinant protein corresponding to 73aa residues from human I-TAC, expressed in E. coli. ||Molecular Weight: |~8.3kD||Biological Activity:|Determined by its ability to chemoattract IL-2 activated T cells using a concentration range of 1-10ng/ml.||Endotoxin:|<0.1ng/ug||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
