Human I-309 is a small glycoprotein secreted by activated T lymphocytes. It is structurally related to other CC chemokines. ||Source:|Recombinant protein corresponding to 74aa residues from human I-309, expressed in E. coli.||Molecular Weight: |~8.5kD||Biological Activity:|Determined by a chemotaxis assay using total human T cell population. Significant chemotaxis was achieved at a concentration range of 1-100ng/ml.||Endotoxin:|<0.1ng/ug||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
