Human HDAC11 (full length) (GenBank Accession No. BC009676) with N-terminal GST tag, expressed in baculovirus expression system. ||Specific Activity: |~1 pmol/min/ug||Assay Conditions: |25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2 and 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate and 40ng/ul HDAC11. ||Incubation Condition: |60 min at 37ºC. ||Applications: |Suitable for the use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
