Paraffin Tissue Section Panel contains 5 to 8 different tissues on one slide. Tissues were fixed in formalin after excision, and embedded in paraffin. Tissue sections are 5um in thickness, and mounted on positively charged glass slides. The slides can be used for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Hybridizing a representative blot from each lot with DNA probe of human18S ribosomal RNA ensures the quality of each lot.
