One U =1 pmol/min||Assay Condition: |25mM Tris/Cl, pH 8.0, 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2 and 0.1mg/ml BSA, 20uM BPS HDAC substrate, 500uM NAD+ and 100ng/ul Sirtuin 2. ||Incubation Condition: |30 min at 37ºC. ||Applications: |Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
