Dylight 488 can be used to visualize the binding pattern of Succinylated Triticum vulgaris Lectin (Succ WGA) in cellular imaging and flow cytometry. DyLight 488 is a green-fluorescent dye that works over a broad pH range (pH 4-9). It is brighter and more photostable than many other green-fluorescent dyes, including FITC.||Source:|Wheat||Blood Specificity:|A, B, O||Sugar Specificity:|N-Acetylglucosamine||Inhibitory Carbohydrate:|Chitin Hydrolysate or N-Acetylglucosamine w/acid or salt||Fluorescence:|Green||Divalent Ions:|Ca++||Excitation:|493nm||Emission:|518nm||Storage and Stability:|Store at 4°C. Do Not Freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Dylight® conjugates are sensitive to light.
