Organic insoluble chromogens such as DAB and BCIP/NBT are best preserved in this mounting medium.||This reagent is ready-to-use.||Protocol:|1. After immunostaining, dehydrate tissue sections in a graded series of alcohol and clear in xylene.|2. Cover tissue section with a few (2-4) drops of this mounting medium and put cover slip on.|3. Cap immediately after use.||Storage and Stability:|Store at room temperature.Stable for 12 months.
